The 19 year old female pictured above is accused of using a flat iron on a 3 year old toddlers testicles.

Dumb Companies - Spirit at it again.

If all the bad publicity Spirit Airlines has endured the past few day,  Spirit Airlines has announced their decision to raise their already high carry-on bag fee from 40ish to 100 dollars.  Spirit Airlines claims that this increase will only occur at the boarding gate and will help with customer service.  Spirit Airlines believes that its customers actually read the fine print.  Spirit Airlines has stated that customers will still be able to purchase bags for less prior to getting to the boarding gate.

Dumb Companies - Spirit Airlines

Spirit Airlines has made a stand againist consumer will power.  They have stood firm over a $197.00 ticket refund.  Spirit Airlines stated that they will do not refund the tickets becasue it helps keep cost down.  This has never been more apparent then when Jerry Meekins, a 76-year-old Vietnam veteran with terminal esophageal cancer, raised a fuss when the Fort Lauderdale-based airline nixed his request for a $197 refund.   Read more:

As a result of their actions many veterans from around the United States have vowed to boycott the airline.  Also boycotting the airline are citizens that believe the airline is in the wrong.  I beleive that if everyone boycotts the airline the consumers can lower the cost for Spirit to operate, by reducing the number of daily flight to just a few.

Medieval Lawsuit

In Tulsa, Oklahoma, a lawsuit was filed by Justin Gilbert after he was injured playing make believe knight.  Mr. Gilbert is suing Martial Enactment League Enabling Expression (MELEE) and Paul Orpin for punitive damages after Mr. Orpin cracked his skull with a wooden sword.

Raising Lawsuit

Henry Wolf has filed a lawsuit after a 20 month erection. This lawsuit was recently filed in the

20 months?  He lives in California and it took him almost two years to file a lawsuit?  California being one of the most liberal states in America, also tends to have some of the most "What the?" lawsuits. How in the world is his crack pot legal team going to prove that it was not his defective equipment?

Killing puppies is bad - mmmKay

Their is a German quack-a-doodle, who has never heard of Michael Vick.  This German quack-a-doodle ( I could not find his name) has not figured out that killing puppies does not go over well with the public.  Even if you do it in the name of art.  The German quack-a-doodle is planning to strangle two puppies in an artistic demonstration that shows life as a working dog in Alaska and Spain. Up late watching the NBA playoffs and stumbled across this article on NPR and I now feel like I wasted my time and money on my bachelor's degree.  How could I compare to experts like these?

The cure for cancer was found in 2007 and the drug is cheap!

Russians do not like autistic children.

Autistic children in Russia are being discriminated against.  In a recent note to a school officials, from the Moscow Oceanarium "...Visitors do not like to see the disabled, it disappoints them. It is not acceptable."

Catholic Priests endorses Sexual Abuse

The Association of Catholic Priests has told the Irish Central that they will back Irish priests who chose not to disclose sexual abuse they learn of during confession.  Ireland's Justice Minister Alan Shatter has proposed legislation that will make it illegal for priest to withhold information about sexual abuse.
