The cure for cancer was found in 2007 and the drug is cheap!
Dr. Evangelos Michelakis, a professor at the U of A Department of Medicine, has shown that dichloroacetate (DCA) causes regression in several cancers, including lung, breast, and brain tumors.
Think of all cancer patients that can benefit from this treatment. The miracle drug Dichloracetate (DCA) has been around for years and is currently used to treat patients with mitochondrial diseases. However we will never see it in the United States. It is a non-patented drug. This means that the pharmaceutical industry cannot make big money, like they do with AIDS treatments or erectile dysfunction. It would be a common drug like ibuprofen. So the pharmaceutical industry is not interested in providing the funding to verify this finding.
Remember - Money is the bottom line.
Maybe humanity can start the funding, after all we are the ones that need this cure.
