Whiskey Tango Foxtrot - OVER! What kind of mind comes up with cruelty on that level? This is something straight out of "Sleepaway Camp II". In what world would this ever be a good idea. I really have nothing else. I have included some pictures I found that made me happier, I hope it does the same to you. I am sorry for bringing you down, but this was really a WTF!
